Description
Fog rises off of Spruce Knob Lake in the Monongahela National Forest of the Appalachian Mountains in West Virginia. Because it is so far from any cities, the Milky Way was visible very early in the evening, and by 11pm, the fog had begun to rise off of the lake. Using a headlamp, we "painted" the fog during our shutter releases.
