On this beautiful, autumn morning, my friend and I hiked out to a cliff edge to watch the sun rise over the Appalachian mountains. We then continued our explorations to this lookout at at Cooper's Rock, where the wood and stone railing is placed right at the cliff's edge. The golden and deep orange leaves were blowing in the gusty winds as the sun was rising in the sky.
